After Roderique "followed up" on my first hellopeter complaint, he failed to respond to my emails requesting a detailed account summary to explain the ridiculous data costs of R3000. He simply said it was because my sim was put in another device. Unacceptable explanation. No customer care! They also quote me R4000 to cancel my contract which expires in 6 months. Again, no explanation for exactly WHAT that R4000 is for. I just want the service I am paying for, but Vodacom does NOT care about their clients or providing that service. What more must I do to just get a reasonable and valid answer out of them?? Surely the CLIENT IS ENTITLED to a complete breakdown of their account! And feedback on requests!! I have received more service from 8ta in 3 months than I have from Vodacom in 10 years! I will never choose them for anything again. Ever.
