No phone service since 23 April 2013

Fault reference 1303CRK230413 was logged on the 23 April 2013. We were advised it would be fixed the 6th May, then the 10th May, then the 13th May, and now the 8th June.

This is completely unacceptable to take 6 weeks to fix the phone line.
