What has happened to customer service Mtn?

I was contacted on the 24th May by a sales consultant on behalf of MTN.

I was asked to purchase an HP Laptop with 500 MB data and an Office Package.

I confirm with the consultant if the Office Package included Outlook Express, his answer my question was; yes it is the full Office package, with outlook express. I decided to accept the offer on the basis that the full office package with outlook express was included.

I was told by the supervisor that should I wish to follow up on the call/delivery that I was to contact 808 if I was an MTN subscriber or 083 1808 if I was not and to quote the following reference no: MTN830598893

Laptop received 13/05/2013; with office package excluding outlook express.

I phone MTN 13/05/2013 to rectify, was told they had no had no record of the transaction and that I should contact Velocity to rectify the matter.

Velocity deny that I confirmed that outlook express was included in the package, and also refuse to release a copy of audio recording to me, saying that MTN must authorise release of recording. MTN say it is Velocity who must release the recording and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor.

So who is going sort out this mess!
