On 13th November I placed an order on the RMB website to take advantage of an FNB special for an HP 4540S laptop. If you placed the order between 15th October - 15th November Microsoft Office 365 (valued at R899) was included in the deal.
When the laptop was delivered on 21st November I opened the package at home and there was no Microsoft Office included.
I called the Call Centre on 22nd November and was put through to Rookeya who said her manager was going to make a plan and that they would call me back later that day. I am still waiting...
Please can someone sort this out? My reference number for this is 01 - 138 510 094 967 9400.
