We had a package that we dropped off (already paid for shipping) that was supposed to be sent from the Samrand Globeflight office to and office in Kathu. When dropping off the package we were told it will be there by 11:30 on the 29th. We had to overnight the package due to the person leaving the area on the evening of the 29th. We are not at 10 am on the 30th and the package according to the office is still en-route and is now pointless as there is no one there to receive the delivery. We have called and asked for the package to be returned but no refund is being offered as the OverNight Express service was not delivered. Terrible attitude from Lebo Tladi from your call center and no service. received the quote from her made the payment dropped off the package all went well. called her yesterday afternoon around 13:30 to ask for an update as the package has not arrived yet and she still has not gotten back to us on the status. Very dissapointed in this whole process.
