I have given my bb9900 bold to be repaired, 4 weeks later had been called to pick up my '"repaired"' phone (24th.04.2013) on the 25th (the next day!) I had to hand in the phone again . it has been almost a further 4 weeks and my phone is still not returned to me!
after numerous attempts to call the repair centre the only reply I get is "we are awaiting stock'' and the manager is never in.
we have 5 contracts with mtn and are considering cancelling all of them!!
for a network that claims to be the best in the business a few pointers should be taken on customer service!
