When getting out of the car, my BB 9300 fell out of my pocket into a rain puddle some time back. I contacted 24Hour mobility, they sent a driver immediately, which only got to my house after 2 and a half weeks to collect the broken device. without a phone for this period I purchased a BB9900 cash. The BB9300 took another 2 weeks for repairs, then Finrite contacted me and delivered the phone another 4 days later - Repaired (at any other SP repairs is not done on a Liquid damaged phone because repairs doesn't last) so I accepted the phone, left it on my counter because I was now using the BB9900. Then I called insurance to change my cover from the 9300 to the 9900. 3 weeks after doing this I had to use the 9300 (unopened from repairs) and Wow, it wasn't working. I immediately called Finrite and told them the BB9300 that they have repaired is not working and the lady sent a driver (immediately) again only arriving a week later to collect. The last collection date was 20-02-2013 11:00am RAM shipping nr SP1895858. Can someone tell me why I haven't heard anything yet. does it take 2 weeks to deliver a phone because according to me its supposed to take 24hours to get feedback?
