YOU WANT TO CONTINUE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AFTER I REQUESTED SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO CANCEL THIS USELESS THING I HAVE WITH MTN. YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT. STOP ATTEMPTING TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT, DONT BOTHER SENDING ME THE DOCUMENTS NOW. LISTEN TO THE CALL WITH THE REF NUMBER ABOVE AND PROVIDE ME WITH DETAILS TO CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS I HAVE WITH YOU. THE SOONER YOU DO THIS THE SOONER I CAN MOVE OVER TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER WHO KNOWS HOW TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
