For the past 2 weeks I cannot make use of my Mtn data device due to the Mtn tower in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga, being down. According to the coverage department at Mtn the engineers knows about the problem and are busy fixing the problem! Does it take the engineers 2 weeks to repair a tower that went down? Can the engineers pick up some momentum and work a bit faster? How do Mtn justify this? Why must I pay for a service, if I cannot make use of this service? Can somebody from Mtn please get back to me if an excellent answer to these questions, or must I first make a BIG stink about this before anything will be done about this issue?
