Cannot get copy of an invoice

DHL (Annelize Bloem) have asked me numerous times for payment for an invoice. I've requested a copy of the invoice numerous times, but each time I receive a copy of the shipping documents, commercial invoice etc. I have never received a copy of the outstanding invoice, and DHL seem to be unable to provide it to me.
