No Service or intermittent service all day 30/9

I live in the Sunward Park area about 800m from your tower at the corner of Trichardt and Kingfisher street, Sunward Park. All day we have had "no service" or very intermittent service. I have tried calling your 111 service centre without success. Previously I was getting a weak LTE signal, but now only an intermittent Edge signal Please rectify the fault as soon as possible. Also, Kindly reset the footprint of your antennas to include Sunward Park Extension 5 (down Kingfisher Street towards Van Dyk Park. Although I live in close proximity to your tower, the signal. There are two large enclosed complexes along Kingfisher Street that are not getting good coverage. I have taken this matter up with Vodacom on previous occasions over the past years without success. Your engineers have been to my home and installed an external Yagi antenna when I was still dependant on your data service. But over the years your quality of service has not improved at all. Kindly advise me asap on your corrective actions.
