I just have a 2 weeks on mweb and my dsl line is already down. logged a complain with mweb they blame telkom, called telkom they say its mweb. 1 week without internet now and im paying for not receiving a service. woke up this morning guess what mweb processed the debit order for last month and this month for a service i wont get. 1st struggle was getting my account fixed (15mins turned to 3weeks), i never enjoyed being on mweb n i dont think i will. Time to change, cancelling my account at the end on January. Dont respond with a copy and paste msg, i need answers and my internet.
