This morning at Telkom 320 West street in Durban, I was attended by Deon, who appeared to be distructed and in a hurry to listen to my query as a result he did not understand me. I was left feeling confused and desatisfied.
Thank you to Eugene who came to my rescue and took time to listen to my query and responded in a polite and effecient manner.
I left the shop feeling happy and satisfied like a customer should.
