Today i went into the Game store in West Street as i am an account holder and wanted to purchase a few items.
When i was in the store i was assisted by Gladys at the customer service and asked for help. She advised put my bluetooth on and then she left and went to lunch, during the whole process she was talking to her friend saying what they wanted to order for lunch only to be assisted by another store personal. The store personal advised he does not know how to help me i need to wait for Gladys.
