Excellent service! Charmza of the Week!

I logged a query with Hellopeter with regard to the service I received from the MTN Consultant (Durban) on the 28 February 2012 after 30 minutes i logged the query the Super Hero Supervisor Deon (Durban) called me to assist me with the Sim swap. Within 10 minutes the Sim swap was done. walla im now connected. Deon made my day and he profusely apologised on behalf on the Agent and the network as a whole. That's all i needed im so happy thank you so much.

Please note that my query has been resolved on the 28th February 2013 by Deon supervisor from MTN Durban. I really appreciate for you trying to assist me, this has proven that MTN is still the best network to use.
Thank you for your pride in offering me best in service, quality and attitude much appreciated.
