RETURNS POLICY AT WOOLWORTHS HAS CHANGED!!!

Woolworths refused to return an item and provide me with a voucher as I did not have the original receipt.

The items was untouched had all the tags on them and was purchased on Fri last week

In the past they have always done this.

Annele and Colin (of Durban West Street) denied this as being their policy and insisted I take an item of similar value or more.

I then called Pavillion WW and spoke to Roland who insisted that he would take up the matter and ask the store manager at Durban West Street to call me at 1pm yesterday... Im still waiting... WW if this is your attitude then it stinks...
