To say I am utterly dissapointed with your insurance service department would be an understatement. I am not one who takes to the internet to complain about these things but enough is enough.
As I type this, I am currently still on hold waiting to speak to someone on your insurance department... it's been over an hour, an I am still holding.
But I am exhausted now! For it is not the first time I am calling without getting through, nor is it the second, or the third. I call at least 3 times a week with no luck!!
Anyway rant aside, my cellphone was picked up almost over a month ago to repair a cracked screen. I asked the delivery guy who was picking up my phone how long it would take, he said he wouldn't know. MTN would call or email communicating these details to me.
I have not heard a word from anyone from MTN, I totally understand that you can't give me specifics but an update telling me "We've received your phone, and it is booked in" or "it can take approximately..." Anything will do really but I've heard nothing and my patience is wearing thin. Come on guys, what's going on?
Where is my phone? how long does a cracked screen take to be replaced?
