I re-newed my data contract at, Nashua Mobile - GLEN.Within, roughly a week i started noticing that the device was powering on after sleep, and that the power button was faulty. THERE was absolutly no neglegence on my side, the device did not get mis-handeled. So i took it back when i had time. I was asked to send it for repairs, they'll see what they could do. I Sent it for repairs, and was promised to get a call once they recieve my device i waited almost 2 weeks, before i ended up going to the store to check up on it, and What do you know, it was there, within the first week and not a single call. So i took it home, with no camplaints, i even thanked the staff.and once i returnde home and put the sim card into the device, there was no internet conection, went back, it the settings were put in manually, and if you ever had to reset the device, this was to be done, manually all the time, and a week after that the power button gave up again! and since i've been busy with"overtime"I could only get the device in after a month. They promised to call, on Monday the 25-11-2013, I'm still waiting for "saggy"to call regarding my Device (sony tablet z).
i would like a replacement device, at most!
