Seriously thinking of changing to another network

I have been trying to get hold of someone in the Legal Department to assist us with a 15year old account.

No one answers the phone at their Head Office and if they do they put you on hold for 30 minutes or longer.

My father passed away and my mother is struggling to get her number on her name (Faxed all necessary documentation to them etc). She is without a phone and cannot make outgoing calls and all that Vodacom responds is "Sorry our legal department is looking into this".

Unacceptable. If the passing away of a relative is not bad enough, we get NO!!! service from Vodacom. Easy to phone you to be a client but no help what so ever.

My whole company is using Vodacom, need to warn them on how they treat their loyal client's.
