Worst service ever experianced

Elow is just one of the many times I have sent in this type of message and to date not one person from the networking division has even tried to get hold of me it is really the service encountered

I have now had it with Vodacom i just keep getting the run around and get told that it has been handed to the network division and till now i haven't heard from anyone it is just ridiculous that no one is bothered about getting this sorted out, it is now going into the seventh month with no joy, i have been told that it goes to the network division and they say nothing has changed, but something must be wrong as there is still no signal and it is now the final straw i am going to take these two phones back and tell them to stick them as i have had enough
