For 4 months in a row now did i had problems with my billing thats wrong, with services added to my account that I did not asked for, and each mont I have to call them, using my money to get this sorted, normally, only after 2 calls and many emails do they get it. AND STILL, again this month the exact same problems, wrong billing, wrong services. And the best is, I was told a 'senior' person will call me within 24 to sort this out, well Im still waiting...
