Be Aware. Making arrangements with this company's account department helps NOTHING. After making arrangements that I will make payment of an outstanding amount within 3 days of our conversation my cellular telephone line was still suspended that same afternoon. And the worst is that I was told that there will be an additional "reconnection" fee of R49 that I also have to pay. Way to make extra bonusses AP! I've been a loyal customer with them for 8 years going and this is the way I am treated. I am totally disgusted!
