Please fix my account

I was on the Telkom simple package, but cancelled it (TOC8337526). From 1 April 2013 I don't have any Telkom services, but still get billed. On 14 March I complained on HelloPeter (escalation reference number is ARS 223928) about being billed TI-AllAccess for April and it was removed from my account the next day. On my April bill I was charged TI-AllAccess for May. I again complained in HelloPeter on 16 April (escalation reference number is ARS 225845), but according to the latest bill it was not removed. Please remove the R79 (R69.30 vat) from my account.
I did send an email to IDirect and although it was read by Coky Gusha and Sophie Modiba I got no response.
