I have lodged two complaints with cell c over a month ago for not loading the correct data bundle on my contract and then charging me extra for it and also charging me for internet usage when i go over 300mb when in i actually should have over 1gig. After numerous phone calls and after a month all that is done now is that they have loaded me me the proper 1gig data but no refunds were allocated. What terrible service. I cant believe i left Vodacom for this. This is unacceptable and if not resolved I will take you to the Ombudsman.
