It is with great disappointment that I had to end up on hello Peter and I hope this will help me. I bought a 3G data bundle package on the 27/03/2013 but the modem gave me issues as it did want to connect and I had to return it within 7 days but I was not given a replacement. The sales lady whom I bought this said the technical team from cell c were gonna send me a link which was suppose to activate the modem some how for it to work properly but that never occurred. I personally ended up calling the call center and some lady assisted me with the link which never worked. I ended up speaking the manager at Carlswald on the 03/05/2013 and on the same day he sent for the device to be collected from me and promised to refund me ASAP but also never kept his word. Now i'm left with no modem and my money gone too. I hope this time around someone who knows what customers service mean will be able to get me at least my money back as I don't want anything to do with Cell c anymore after this.
