It is going into the 5th week of trying to get my phone back from the Mtn repair centre, i have called them numerous times and was told that my phone had already been repaired on April 18 2013, it is almost May 18 and i still do not have my phone. I have complained on this site before and was contacted by Mtn and i was assured i will have my phone by Tuesday May 7 2013, it is now a week later and still no phone. I want to now what the next step is going to be, is Mtn going to solve this issue or will i have to get legal advice from my lawyer? I am desperate for a solution!!! How difficult can it be just to send a phone back to the shop where it was booked in? I am very disappointed in the service level of such a huge company as Mtn.
