I got a new contract with Cell C. I didnt even have my phone for 1 week when It froze for the first time. I couldnt download any apps. I them within that first week took it to northgate where the cell c employee played with it and assured me it was fine. Not even 2 days later the same happened. I now have been struggling to use my phone for 3 weeks. Every week he works with my phone for 10min then tells me its fine. Having to go back again!! Now he wants to send my phone in for still freezing but tells me to first go buy a memory card at game as cellC is too expensive to backup my contacts. Went and did that. Went back to cellC 3 times where no one even greets you in the shop just to be told every time that employee is not in so they cant send it away because they dont know anything about samsung phones!!!??? So they advice me to go to the cell repair shop in northgate to rather hear if they can fix my phone because its a shlep sending it way and it will take 21 days. I am VERY upset about this!! Obviously my phone is faulty if it gave trouble in the first week, why cant they just give me a new s4 instead of showing me away everytime???
