I've recently signed up for a NEW contract using Cell C's on-line service, and after having my contract approved, the call centre assistant informed me that the stock on the device was limited and I should expect the phone to be delivered the following week. After a week of waiting and no feedback, I called the CC to get an update. I was then assured that the phone would be delivered in the next day or two. I called once more to confirm delivery only to be informed that there IS NO STOCK and they is no certainty as to when the new stock would arrive. I requested to speak to management/supervisor to get clarification, which resulted in either my call being mysteriously disconnected or, being promised a manager call me back within the half hour... I'm still waiting (2 hours and counting). I'm starting to regret I left Vodacom for Cell C, though their prices may be ridiculously overpriced, I at least got the service I deserve.
