This morning I went to Home affairs to get my Smart card. I was told that I was not 60 years old so could not. I asked for the green bar coded ID document and a temporary ID document. I was there from 9.15 am to 12.30.
There was only one lady taking the re issue forms. When as last I got to her, she said that the machines were down and I could not receive a temporary ID. I asked the employees there who could help me (about 6 at a time talking) and no one could help. I need this temporary ID document for the bank. What a laugh. So many employees and no one to help.
