With regard to my previous complaint titled "Useless Connection" telkom logged Ref: ARS 226480, a technician came out and moved the cable higher, however the connection is even worse now, the download is still 0.2Mbps with a ping of now 983ms this is the worst connection ever wireless internet is faster, fix this issue or I will cancel the line and demand to be refunded its a 1Mb line but I am getting slower speeds than a 384Kb line.
