I have a prepaid Telkom landline.
For about 3 weeks now, the landline is not working.
My brother has called sereral times, and we have received 2 sms's to state that the line is working again
what bull dust...
what system or shall i say incompetent people do you have working there to have a service not operational for almost a month and each time its reported a sms is sent to say its working but it CLEARLY ISNT
I WANT A RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION TO THIS UTTER NONESENSE AS I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH THE CEO, no wonder your business is declining, due to your incompetence and bad service
