I have fought with your call centre, credit department and Nashua Mobile Sandton City since December regarding incorrect billings, repairs, insurance, customer service, incompetence, blatant and just an absolute disregard for the customer.

This has been going on for far too long, your service is horrendous. Even worse that the real incompetent ones sit at your Sandton City branch and your.

Nadine Grant, Maxie Vusa, Priscilla Mayekisa, Charlotte Phukuntsa and Palesa Moletsane have been nothing short of an embarrassment to your company. After all this drama none of them will respond to me as I have asked for a managers details, suddenly all quiet and ignoring me?

I upgrade next month and I can assure you, you have lost yet another customer.
