I have taken out a contract form Cell C direct that came with a Samsung S4. Ever since I received this device I have had issues. The signal strength reflects as full but cannot receive or make calls. I have called and been to several stores and a been made to run around between stores and the call center. So far all agents I have spoken to have advised me to make changes on the handset which only work for approximately 1 hour then goes back to not receiving or making outgoing calls. this is very frustrating. About two weeks ago the battery started swelling. Today the handset refuses to stay on. I keep getting told that this is a signal related issue due the work being done in the area I reside however this issue is all the time and in any area.
This is ridiculous. I never get any good service from Cell C.
