POOR CALL QUALITY

CANNOT RECEIVE CLEAR QUALITY CALLS, EVERY SECOND WORD IS BREAKING UP AND WE ACTUALLY ASKING PEOPLE TO CALL US ON OUR LANDLINES. WE HAVE 15 NEW CONTRACTS SIGNED AND FROM DAY ONE THERE IS POOR QUALITY AND WE CANNOT USE OUR PHONES AND RESORTED TO OUR LANDLINES. THE ENTIRE AREA HAS POOR SPEECH QUALITY AND VODACOM IS NOT GETTING THE PROBLEM SORTED OUT PROMPTLY. THEY HAVE MADE ATTEMPTS BUT STILL NOT FIXED OR RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO IMPROVEMENT ON SORTING OUT THE ISSUE. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE HAS BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS IN THE AREA, AND NO ACTION TO GET OUR AREA SORTED OUT, SO WE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT DOES NOT EXIST AND SHOULD BE RE-IMBURSED OR TOLD WE NEED TO MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO CAN PROVIDE GOOD SIGNAL AND CLEAR QUALITY CALLS.
