PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY / SUPPORT

ABOUT A YEAR AGO I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY DATA CONTRACT LINE WITH CELL-C.
I HAVE SINCE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET IT RESOLVED. AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS REGISTERED, AND QUERIES LOGGED, I KEEP WALKING INTO A WALL, AND NOTHING SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING.
AT STAGES I WAS INFORMED (BY CUSTOMER CARE / DATA SERVICES), THAT CELL-C MIGHT BE 'THROTTLING' MY DATA STREAMING, WITCH CONSTITUTED ALL DOWNLOADS ENDING UP 'CORRUPTED' AND UNUSABLE ON MY COMPUTER. (EVEN THOUGH I AM STILL PAYING FOR THIS DATA USED TO ACQUIRE THESE USELESS ITEMS.
I BELIEVE THAT CELL-C IS BREAKING CONTRACT BY DOING THIS. I WAS AGREED TO A CONTRACT THAT PROMISED TO DELIVER A VERY HIGH DATA SPEED.
AFTER REQUESTING (E-MAIL) CONTRACT CANCELLATION OF MY CONTRACTS (X4), SOMEONE PHONES ME BACK FOR THE FIRST TIME TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE INITIAL COMPLAINTS.
THIS MONTH THEY DEDUCTED DOUBLE PAYMENTS, WHICH PUT MY BANK ACCOUNT IN ARREARS WITH PENALTIES. THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS EITHER.
ABOUT A MONTH AGO THIS CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS SENT, THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS, BUT SAY THAT IT CAN NOT BE ATTENDED TO BECAUSE THEY NEED TO 'SORT OUT THE DATA PROBLEM FIRST'.
I DON'T WANT THESE CONTRACTS ANYMORE... :-(
