MTN IGNORES NEW CLIENTS

After reporting on this site that Brendan Dillner ignored my emails and refuses to communicate with me telephonically in any way I simply got a letter from their service department saying he has the right to be 'STRICT' with new applications.

Yet, NO APPLICATION or ANY DOCUMENTATION has been submitted. I merely requested more information to make an informed choice about which company to use for my WASP SERVICES requirements.

So, what they are just telling me now is that he has the right to refuse to communicate with potential new clients. I suppose he owns the company because I think the MD would give me better service.

I will now proceed to write to all the newspapers that MTN does not care about new business and if they decide to ignore a potentially new clients then it's their prerogative.

I will also start a chain letter on the Internet for people to forward to all their contacts to warn the SA public against MTN and also do this on FaceBook and Twitter.

Thank you for NOTHING MTN - thank there are other places to go to! Your company thinks they don't need the public. Money falls from the sky. Well done!
