No One to Answer the Phone, I need to Settle ACC

I have been trying TO get hold OF SOME TO arrange settlement ON my Loan Account.
But No One IS answering the Phone, I follow the prompts AND WHEN I get TO Maravedi Department,
I hear the nose AS IF someone has answer the reciever but they are NOT talking THEN, the phone drops.

How the am I supposed TO pay this account IF no one wants TO communicate. What kind OF a company that ignores its clients.

I have emailed KHENSANI three times AND she NEVER responded.

Can someone please communicate WITH me.???
