Unfortunately our company has been with out incoming and outgoing emails since midnight on Wednesday as a result of a problem with a server according to our web hosting company Storm Web Hosting. We as clients were not notified of the problem and until now our email accounts have still not being restored. I have attempted to make contact with Stanley Rieck (owner) who simply ignores my emails to him (from private email) and phone calls to attempt to get an update on the restoration. He posted a status on their Facebook page mentioning that the problem was resolved which is incorrect. I have informed him that there are still problems? He even went as far as deleting any negative comments that were posted on their facebook page from their very clients. I believe this service to be extremely poor and unprofessional. We may lose out on business opportunities as a result of this poor service. I am very disappointed by the lack of action from Stanley Rieck of Storm Web Hosting.
