Unfair policies

Capitec policies really because they don't consider their clients first, To them everything is about money. They allow companies to debit your account and if you ask them to reverse the payment, they refuse saying they need a letter from that company which states that the payment should be reversed, irrespective of whether you know that company or not. Where can you get a letter from a company that you don't even know. I think capitec should learn a thing or two from other professional banks such as FNB because they don't have such stupid policies because I believe clients should have a say on what happens on their accounts and not the bank. People should really think twice before deciding to bank with capitec, it might sound cheaper but its not safe and clients do not have a say on their money.
