NEOTEL DAILY USAGE NOTIFICATION - UNCAPPPED CONTR

I requested a mail notification of daily usage as I had taken out a 5 GIG Contract which should cost at the most R600 per month. I did get the mails in the beginning - then they stopped phoned and asked to re-instate and received one on the 8th and nothing again! I have sent numerous mails in this regard as we are being billed for 20gigs on average - they tell me contracts cannot be capped after the 5 gigs orignaly agreed on but get charge 8c thereafter per mb!!! Yesterday I held on the phone for just over an hour to query this and still waiting for a response from them - VERY SHOCKING!!!
