I was incorrectly handed over to you by Neotel for an outstanding account. I had a notification from you yesterday regarding this, when i spoke to Neotel, they confirmed that my account is fully paid up! I requested from the Neotel division at your office to contact me and send me a letter confirming I am off your records immediately. I have been waiting since yesterday (06/11/2013) for any sort of communication from you. I called today and asked to go through to that department, but i held on the line for 5mins 41secs and there was no answer or even divert back to reception. I have since also cancelled my account with Neotel as i don't need to pay incompetent people every month just to be handed over to MBD for no reason at all!!
I want my name off your records with immediate effect and a letter emailed to me today to confirm this.
