COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE!!

I received a faulty new Blackberry in Sep 2011 and was told it would have to be sent to Cape Town to check the fault, which would take 2 or 3 weeks. I'm in PE, my son had just started having chemo, and I simply couldn't be without my phone for even a day. I didn't have the time or energy to fight this so I kept it. Through all the months of chemo I rarely had signal in the hospital, whereas my husband and friends had full signal. It was extremely frustrating! Now, since the beginning of March the network coverage indicator on my phone has been oscillating between edge, GSM and SOS, with the occasional EDGE signal. I have had network coverage for approx 20% of the time. I have had to reboot my phone 5 or 6 times a day. On 27 March I wrote a complaint on Cell C's facebook page and was asked for my details, which I gave. I received 2 calls at the end of March informing me they were looking into it. After another complaint I was asked for my IMEI number, which I gave. After 4 complaints on the facebook page, 1 complaint to Customer Services on Cell C's website (from which I never received a response) and nearly 2 months later NOTHING has been done to solve my problem! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
