I have now decided that if i don`t get a call from either Kenth Ngwenya, Jason Hair or Sheldon

Joseph today then i am going to port my number to cell C. I spoke to a contact centre agent

Sally on Monday who said that Kenth Ngwenya was going to add my sms bundle and i would receive a

sms once this is done.

Since Monday I have called in numerous times trying to get hold of Sally who promised me she

would call me back the following day at 13:00 to confirm if the bundles have been added.

She is yet to call.
I have also left numerous messages for Kenth Ngwenya to call me but he just seems to ignore the

messages even after it was confirmed that he is in.

I am only doing the porting because of poor service and for this type of service Cell C has much

better product offerings.
