I finally decided that I will get a land-line and ADSL. Everything was pleasant until after the installation.
I connect my phone and no dial tone.
thinking I can speak to the people at the branch where I applied for the line was mistake nr 1. The phone just rings, 18 phone calls later someone decides to answer their line.
From here the experience just got worse, the only answer I got was to send an sms, no number, not even wanting to listen to the fact that the line was installed last week and I have no dial tone. Now I have to go through the whole jumping through hoops and walking over coals to get something fixed which was not done right the first time. Thanks for very little. Not a good start.
