They never call you back!
We applied for a transfer from one person to another. They said it would take up to 4 days.
2 Months later, still no reply.
After we phoned them again we were told papers need to be signed. That done, they said again 4 days max.
2 Weeks later... Still no reply.

Customer service is non existent in that branch!
