I have paid off my car that I financed through Nedbank in December 2012. Till now January2014 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CAR PAPERS.
I called January 2013 for my papers, was told in two weeks they would be at the Karaglen branch, went there 3 weeks later, NO papers. I called again in February 2013, again two weeks it will be there, Waiting two weeks again NO papers. Called in April 2013 Ref 62439775, was told again the papers will be at the Karaglen branch for collection, again NO papers.
December 2, 2013 went straight through to the complaints department, everyone was so apologetic that I still havent received my car papers and promised within 8 working days I will have it. REF CRM230975, got a personal email from K Botsane that the branch will call me when they are there.
Its now the 7th of January 2014 AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR PAPERS. THIS IS PATHETIC AND I AM SICK OF THE EXCUSES NOW. I WANT MY CAR PAPERS NOW!!!
