I submitted my tax return on 02 November, got statement of account, fine? No you must submit papers,
battle for another 2 weeks just to get documents upload, you upload and it tell you it was succesfull, then when you go to documents uploaded, nothing, and you must have their format of doc it does not accept any other format. uploaded all on 03 December, give them a week and phone again, reply it will take 2 weeks, give them 2 weeks phone again, no it takes 21 days, give them the 21 days and phoned again, No it takes 30 Working days, the 30 days have passed, so i phoned again just to be told by yet another person that it is in for a personal audit and that it takes between 6-12 mounths??? how do we tax payers have to battle to get our returns finalised, covernment received R406 000 tax from me, what do i have to do to get satisfaction?..
