Moving Forward - no ways - GOING BACKWARDS

I have been trying for 4 months to get my credit and cheque card pin numbers sorted out.
I emailed the customer centre in November 2012 all I got was an automatic reply. After 2 weeks I phoned them and they told me to go to my local branch and they will sort it out.
After almost 3 months of continually going back and forth to my local branch they said that according to everyone they have contacted in regards to my complaint that there is no problem - but they did acknowledge that my problem still existed
I told my local branch that I would now contact the customer service centre again. I did on the 28th January, again only an automatic reply, so I followed this up with another email on the 11th February 2013, again only an automatic reply.
I then contacted the area Manager Martin van der Merwe on the 12th February who agreed that there was an issue and he would look into it - 3 weeks later, still no reply despite me trying to get hold of him a number of times by phone
