Being one of the many graduate students looking for work, I checked online to see an ad posted by Communicate on OLX. I applied for the job, but as there was info missing I then phoned Communicate to inquire about more info. First I was informed that the person who posted the ad, Wen? Lottering, is no longer working for the company, then I was asked to phone the Durban branch. The Durban branch then redirected me back to the Johannesburg branch where no one could help me. Finally someone phoned me back telling me that the person in charge of the engineering department will phone me back. This mystical person never phoned me back and all the adds on OLX just dissapeared. So last week I e-mailed the initial person again and I received no reply. I was quite hopeful about the job as they have been looking for someone to fill the position for a month. It's really unprofessional for a recruitment agency not to reply or for them not to know what is happening in their own department!!
