I pre-ordered the samsung galaxy S4 before it was launched, it was approved. The contract was approved already 3 weeks ago. I was told the phone would be delivered in 3 to 7 working days. It has been 3 weeks and still no delivery. Each time I contact customer care they always give me the sad excuse we don't have stock and we don't know when we will be getting. How can a mobile network provider be so incompetent where clearly demand seems to be exceeding supply and no implementation is being done to rectify that and yet they still keep advertising the samsung galaxy S4 when they apparently have "no stock". I am very disappointed, I want my phone to be delivered to me within the next few days as it has been very long already.
